My greatest passion is to see my clients thrive in life and build generational wealth via property.
Throughout my business career, I have always had one heel in Personal Development (owning a few business in this arena) and the other one in Property.
So when I moved to the Gold Coast after 25 years in New Zealand (after migrating from Peru, yes I am a Latina), I noticed a significant gap in the market. I felt buyers were not given the proper service and sadly, at times treated as just as a dollar sign.
in the coaching world, it is always about the client and their results. I would not dare push products nor think that there is a one size fits all solution. So, after surveying and working with thousands of buyers, I saw a common thread.
Buyers (Clients) want to be treated as individuals!
They want to deal with someone who "gets them", has their best interests at heart (NOT the seller nor the developer); and has the relevant professional knowledge to make their purchasing journey a success!
