We were a bit hesitant to compile our latest property list this month as, whilst creating it, nearly 15+ properties became unavailable as properties in these developments sell within 24 hours!​
 
We know that the marketplace is hot and tough, that doesn't mean you should give up on your dream home. We have compiled this list of properties as quickly as possible so we can get it into your hands!

We are indeed in a fast market with over 40,000 interstate buyers who have relocated into Queensland.  

With land becoming more scarce, it's easy to confuse these times with the traditional property boom and hold off from buying, hoping prices will go down.

Projects and real estate prices are constantly increasing in the market, so we're seeing builder quotes valid for only 7-days or less!
 
To be ultra-conservative buyer property prices are going up by 3 -5% per month (and I am being quite conservative here).

If you originally had a $500,000 fixed budget, for what was available for purchase last month, you will now need an additional $25,000, and by the end of one year, you are looking at close to an additional $250,000 - $300,000!
 
Unfortunately, the old ways of saving for a larger deposit don't apply in this market unless your savings capacity can handle the price escalation ratio.
 
Many elements are pushing the prices up against previous property booms led by overseas investors paying higher prices, now we have to consider the global rise in construction prices due to undersupply of materials ... you can read more here!
