If you are new to Developments Direct and me, you may not know that I am also a Business and Success Coach (primarily for women).

My biggest passion is to see my clients thrive in life. Through my business career, I have always had one heel in Personal Development (started and sold a few businesses) and the other one in Property.

When I moved to the Gold Coast from living in New Zealand for 25 years, I kept seeing a significant gap in the market. I felt buyers were not given the proper service and sadly, at times treated as just as a dollar sign.

In the coaching world, it is always about the client and their results. I would not dare push products nor think that there is a one size fits all solution. So, after surveying and working with thousands of buyers, I saw a common thread.

Buyers (Clients) want to be treated as an individual.They want to deal with someone whom they can trust "gets them", has their best interests at heart, NOT the seller nor the developer; and has the relevant professional knowledge to make their purchasing journey a success!

This is how Developments Direct Group, and My Property Matchmakers were born.

A space where myself and my team work with you one-on-one to find your best solution and provide you with non-biased honest, professional property guidance.

I am bit old fashioned in one sense, I love the personal touch and as much as I can, I love meeting my clients face-to-face (or Zoom these days). I love to sit down with them through the discovery process to see if and how I can assist with their wishes and goals.

I will be straight up and say if I can't help you or we or a property is not a match.
